“The greatest achievement is to outperform yourself.”— Denis Waitley
3 years of online writing have led up to this moment.
Before I begin to explain why I am proud of this picture, let me say that killing laziness is now my purpose in life. I thought ranting about random things was my passion, but ever since I overcame my laziness, I’ve felt nothing but the urge to improve every day.
I can no longer lounge and take the time to be lazy. Now, being lazy isn’t the same as enjoying a movie or playing some video games to recharge. If we focus on those activities with intention, then they are useful. Now, if we’re scrolling on our phones every few minutes, interrupting our concentration, then that’s a freaking problem. Our attention span is no better than a goldfish’s.
I’m nowhere near the most productive person in the world or in the room. But I can now say that I’m no longer the laziest.
Having said this, I am pleased to announce that my book, DEATH OF THE LAZY BASTARD, is coming out on May 5th.
For you, my fellow degenerates and rant fanatics, I want to share a sneak peek down below.
I enjoyed working on this book. It’s the first book in a series that I intend to write. I’m proud to have followed through on something so massive. It’s a short book about conquering laziness that can be read in a single sitting. Laziness has no place in the modern world, and that’s what I wanted to encourage the reader to do: to eliminate laziness once and for all. Despite being less than 30 pages long, I hope you get something useful from the words I wrote.
Anyways, here’s the sneak peek.
DEATH OF THE LAZY BASTARD Sneak Peek
“Originality isn’t a Thing Anymore. Stop Using This as an Excuse to be Lazy.
Who are you willing to steal from to become your best version?
“To copy others is necessary, but to copy oneself is pathetic”- Pablo Picasso
Just because you don’t have any original ideas doesn’t mean you can’t take creative action.
You don’t have to be original.
You don’t have to be innovative.
You can be inspired by something you “borrowed” and give it your own twist.
Every amazing product or idea in existence has been built on the foundations of previously great ideas.
Every stupid dance on TikTok is a remix. It’s a shame it was only banned for 24 freaking hours.
I don’t think I’m smart enough to write anything original. Everything in this book, outside of my personal experiences, came from a book, a friend’s wisdom, or video. Still I decided to write it.
Don’t let the fear of being “unoriginal” stop you from taking action. That’s a lame excuse.
Someone out there is copying the greatest artists, writers, or innovators and they will be remembered.
Create.
Reversal: Just because you don’t have to be original to start, doesn’t mean you can plagiarize the hell out of others. It’s a bad look, friend. Try your best to come up with original thoughts before you copy, even if they seem wacky.”
There’s more where that came from. I would like to share a copy of this book with you. Tell your favorite people all about it.
I look forward to seeing this book go live on May 5th.
Leave me a comment and share this post.
Thank you all.

Congratulations! I look forward to reading it! I'm assuming I can get it from Amazon for my Kindle?
